Camping holidays in France were my 'life' as a child! My sister and I loved our camping holidays - we so looked forward to them ... and looking back, it helped us develop in so many ways. That's why I wanted to be a campsite rep when older, particularly in France .... so I could still enjoy the experience of French camping holidays, but for a longer period.
Plus, our camping holidays helped me want to learn French as we spent so much time in France. My Dad used to play the Michel Thomas language CDs in the car .... very boring(!), but that's Dads for you, LOL, though perhaps the CDs had an impact too, as I now love the French language ... and Spanish .... and Italian!
